It’s officially summer, which makes it a perfect time to grab your chairs and blankets and enjoy a movie outdoors at the Aztec Museum & Pioneer Village, 125 N. Main Ave.
This month’s Friday Family Movies at the Museum, on June 26, will feature the Disney/Pixar classic Route 66 hit, “Cars.”
The movie is scheduled for 9 p.m. and is free to watch. Concessions will be available for purchase. The community is encouraged to enter through the west gate.
Next month’s Movies at the Museum, on July 24, will feature “Shaun the Sheep.”

If you’re looking for something to do before the film, the Tim Gordon and Lou Mancel Art Show is scheduled from 6-8 p.m. at the Feat of Clay Art Co-op Gallery in Aztec, 222 N. Main. The art show is also free. For more details, visit featofclayaztec.com.
