The community is invited to enjoy “Brunch with the Birds” from 9 – 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, at the Riverside Nature Center at Animas Park in Farmington.
Come to the nature center for snacks and wildlife viewing with Friends of the Nature Center.
If you can’t make it this weekend, the Riverside Nature Center also has recurring events happening every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Weekly programs include Tuesday Birding from 8 a.m. – noon in the wetland observation room.
Thursdays feature “Trails and Tales,” guided walks highlighting local history, at 11 a.m.
On Wednesdays, from noon – 1 p.m., the community is invited to bring their lunch and binoculars and watch birds and wildlife from Nature Center windows during Brown Bag Birding.
All events are free.
Come explore the natural world at the Riverside Nature Center at Animas and Berg Parks.
