FARMINGTON – The New Mexico Activities Association’s prep basketball tournament is the centerpiece of a busy week across the state in high school sports.

Action resumes Tuesday across Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, and will conclude on Saturday at The Pit where championships will be handed out.

Meantime, the spring sports season continues to roll out, with local teams participating in baseball and softball tournaments underway.
