Big, green, and larger than life: Shrek The Musical is bringing summer magic back to the Farmington Civic Center next week.
This isn’t your average fairytale. Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks animation film, everyone’s favorite ogre is back in a high-energy production that proves beauty is truly in the eye of the … well, the green guy.
Four Corners Musical Theatre Company is bringing the magic to life by pairing an elite professional cast with a powerhouse ensemble of local youth and teens. Audiences will get to watch Farmington’s rising stars join forces with seasoned pros to bring Duloc’s favorite storybook misfits to the stage.
The hilarious, heart-filled Broadway spectacle will run July 30 through Aug 9. The show will take place at 7:30 p.m. Thursday – Saturday, with 2 p.m. matinees on Saturdays and Sundays.
