I’m at the point probably being considered one of the older readers of the Tri-City Record. Each week I look forward to the efforts that are put into the “This Week in History” section. Always find it interesting and informative of what has taken place locally in the past and how things have changed, and maybe other things, not so much.

Some may say the “Good Old Days”, and some may not agree, but it goes to show there has always been challenges throughout all the years, and of course they are so much different today then they were back then.

From back when no one had electricity, and now to Electric Cars. Oh my, what would Henry Ford have to say about it all.

Thanks to the folks who pull this information together each week and make us think of things from the past, some things we may miss and others certainly not, but just the memories can bring out a smile.
